Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Purchases
All subscription purchases on Raykulam are final and non-refundable. Once your payment is processed and access is granted, we cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or decision not to use the service
- Unused days within your subscription period
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period
- Dissatisfaction with content (we encourage exploring our free content first)
2. Cancellation Policy
Raykulam subscriptions auto-renew. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the purchased period to ensure uninterrupted access. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
Important: Once purchased, a subscription cannot be canceled midway. You will continue to have access until the subscription period ends.
3. Exceptions for Technical Issues
We understand that technical problems can occur. If you experience genuine technical issues that prevent you from accessing our content:
- Report the issue to us within 48 hours of purchase
- Provide details including your account email, order ID, and description of the problem
- Allow us reasonable time to investigate and resolve the issue
If the issue is verified on our end and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer:
- An extension of your subscription period, or
- A full or partial refund at our sole discretion
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary (additional 5-10 days)
- Currency conversion differences or bank charges are the customer's responsibility
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly for any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in account suspension.
6. Plan Changes
Currently, we do not support upgrading or downgrading subscription plans mid-cycle. You can choose a different plan upon renewal.
7. Free Content
We offer some free content on our platform. We encourage new users to explore this content before purchasing a subscription to ensure our offerings align with your wellness goals.
